wheel offsets
« on: March 11, 2010, 10:32:11 PM »

does anyone know the offset of the factory 14"  "fat fives"? I found a set of fit 16" hfp wheels but i think the offset is 55. Would i need to run spacers with these? http://www.collegehillshonda.com/storeart/1stgenfit/hfp2.jpg

do you have an si or vtec? If so then the answer is maybe, but I doubt it. The only time I absolutely needed spacers was with hx wheels on vtec brakes. I think the stock offset is like 50 or 55 so you should be alright.

you could just use extended wheel studs and run spacers with no issue. Might look weird with stock lugs though, but you have to use the stock lugs with stock wheels because they have an acorn lug seat, not the conical ones that aftermarket wheels have lol
